Terms of Service

Warranty

Every purchased item comes with a 90 day Manufacturer Warranty. This covers any defect caused from how the product was made. For all Manufacturer Defects Repairs and Replacements are Complimentary! Cali Life Co. has sole discretion to determine what qualifies a manufacturer defect.

The warranty does not cover scratched, sat-on, crushed, dropped or mis-used items. For all damaged items that do not qualify under the warranty, we offer low cost repairs and replacements. Complete our Online Repair Request Form and one of our staff will contact you shortly!

If a damaged item does not fall under the Manufacturer Warranty, you can also sign up for our Sunglass Protection! If you've received a defective item in the mail from an online order, please email photos to our customer service department right away at contact@calilifeco.com along with your proof of purchase. We will be happy to assist you!

 

Exchanges

For all online orders, we offer Free Exchanges within 30 days of purchase! Items must be in un-used condition to qualify. We ask that you keep the original shipping box they arrived in until you know for sure it's the right pair. That way we can email you a pre-paid return mailing slip to tape to the box and drop at any USPS location. If the box has been discarded, you are responsible for sending in the exchange and fees associated. 

 

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase and require a receipt. Email contact@calilifeco.com immediately if you would like a refund so we can assist you further.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Claims can only be processed once every 3 months
Deductible is 25% of MSRP/Retail Price Listed on Website

Sunglass Protection Cancellation:

Cancel Anytime Unless you've made a claim. If you have made a claim, you must carry insurance for 3 consecutive months before you can cancel insurance. To cancel, please email customer support at contact@calilifeco.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
