Every purchased item comes with a 90 day Manufacturer Warranty. This covers any defect caused from how the product was made. For all Manufacturer Defects within 90 days of purchase, Repairs and Replacements are Complimentary! Cali Life Co. has sole discretion to determine what qualifies a manufacturer defect.

The 90 Day Manufacturing Warranty does not cover scratched, sat-on, crushed, dropped or mis-used items. For all damaged items that do not qualify under the warranty, we offer low cost repairs and replacements, and read on below about our Lifetime Warranty Option!

If you've received a defective item in the mail from an online order, please email photos of the product and box to our customer service department right away at along with your proof of purchase. We will be happy to assist you!



For all online orders, we offer Free Exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in unused condition. Simply email us at with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. Items must be in un-used condition to qualify. We ask that you keep the original shipping box they arrived in until you know for sure it's the right pair. That way we can email you a pre-paid return mailing slip to tape to the box and drop at any USPS location. If the box has been discarded, you are responsible for sending in the exchange and the shipping fees associated. 



To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds are allowed within 7 days of receiving your purchase and require a receipt. There is a $5 Re-stocking fee for all refunds. Email immediately if you would like a refund so we can assist you further. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping for all refunded items, for exchanges Cali Life Co. will cover the return shipping. Refunds are not eligible on Sale Items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed right away. For items that are damaged or do not qualify we will contact you with options to move forward.



All Sunglass, Optical and Hat orders are packed and delivered to USPS within 2-3 business days of when the order took place. Prior to being sent, all items are inspected with great detail to ensure quality control. Shirts and Jackets are made on demand and do take longer to arrive. If you supplied an email at checkout you will receive tracking updates.

Please note: USPS has been experiencing difficulties with their tracking system. This doesn't mean your order is not arriving, it just means the tracking information for that order has reportedly had inaccurate readings. An example being your tracking shows it was delivered, however the package hasn't arrived yet. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you believe your order was delivered however the package may have been stolen:

1. Notify the police that a theft took place
2. Visit and file a claim with USPS



Discounts are occasionally provided via Social Media, Email, our Home Page Spin-wheel, or through other means. Discounts are not valid on Sale Items.
Discounts only active when published, if a purchase was made prior to a discount being published, unfortunately we are not able to retroactively apply the published discount. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you choose Lifetime Warranty at checkout, and your purchase is lost, stolen or damaged outside of the 90 Day Warranty, you will get complimentary repairs whenever possible, and unlock a special code and pay just 25% MSRP for a single replacement. Simply complete a Repair Request Form and let us know the details. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

Only One Replacement Per Lifetime Warranty Purchase.

You do not need to send anything to us, we just need to verify your original order and the item that was lost, stolen or damaged.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
