At request, returns are provided on all sunglasses and optical frames not purchased on sale, minus a $5 re-stocking fee. Please complete the form below to proceed! The item must be in unused condition to qualify, and we are not responsible for the return shipping. 

We know this policy doesn't compete with big box retailers, and for that we do apologize! However we are a small family business and will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your purchase! That's why we offer exchanges within 30 days AND cover shipping costs!


Exchanges are authorized on all unused sunglasses and optical frames, sale items included! Please complete the form below to proceed. A Customer Service Associate will be in touch within 1-2 business days to arrange for your return label. 

If you need assistance with selecting a style, or have a special size request please mention that in your form. All our staff are very well versed in our collections and we will be happy to send suggestions! We definitely want you and/or your gift recipients happy with your selections!!

90-Day Manufacturer Warranty

All purchases come with a 90-Day Manufacturing Warranty. This means that if you receive a product with a Manufacturing Defect we will provide a free repair or replacement within 90 days of purchase. Please complete our Online Repair Request Form and a staff member will be in touch with solutions within 1-2 business days!

This Warranty does not cover items that have been crushed, scratched or damaged from misuse. It also does not cover stolen or lost items.
